Going Solo

I have officially resigned from GoDaddy.com this week to pursue my own business. In two weeks I will be working full-time on client projects and writing gigs. My business name is Studio Sedition (which has actually existed for a few years now as a side project). I am currently looking for contractors and business relationships, so let me know if you are interested.

Katrina Pet Rescue

I realize that this post has nothing to do with design or code, but I am passionate about the subject. Along with the devastation of hurricane Katrina many displaced pets. Thanks to the Pontchartrain Humane Society a lot of them have been rescued and are currently awaiting adoption. My wife Lisa and I recently adopted two Catahoula/Mix puppies who were abandoned due to the conditions and we could not ask for better pets. Take a look at the pets that Sam over at Pontchartrain currently has up for adoption, if you can't adopt an animal you could always help him to continue his great work by visiting iGive when you make purchases and selecting his organization as one to donate to. Below are photos of the puppies that we adopted, Max and Belle, on their ride to their new home in Phoenix, AZ from Slidell, MS. What a drive...
